30-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Fit Island Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, email us at store@fitisland.com.au with your order number.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Contact us immediately at store@fitisland.com.au.
